Who we are

We are independent of any medical assistance company, travel insurer or health provider.

HC Consulting is led by Cécile Hermetz. For over 25 years, Cécile was the Secretary-General and then General Manager of the International Assistance Group, the world’s largest alliance of independent medical assistance companies with associated services in roadside assistance, domestic emergencies and travel security. .

In that time, she increased the number of operational suppliers to form a truly global proposition. Specific projects improved the management of quality and reduced costs to bill payers.
